VITAL_CURRENTS
In this work, we explore the relationship between color, form, and light through a series of 3D-printed objects we refer to as “Cells.” Crafted from a silk-inspired material, these pieces are intentionally devoid of color, yet they possess the unique ability to harness and reflect the colors projected onto them. As light shifts and changes, the Cells adapt, creating a visual rhythm that seems to dance across the canvas.
Inspired by the profound significance of individual blood cells, this work seeks to underscore the beauty and essential function of these microscopic entities. By elevating these cells as precious objects, we aim to draw attention to the vital roles they play in sustaining life. Through this piece, we hope to offer a glimpse into the delicate yet powerful symphony of life, and to provoke a deeper appreciation for the unseen forces that shape our experience.
